Thanks to the hard work behind the design of Lezyne products, they are built to last the user a very long time with no issues. As riders and racers ourselves, we use the products we sell and stand behind their quality and usability.
Our engineers monitor the manufacturing of every Lezyne product and our Quality Control procedures are set in place specifically for each product. No LED light leaves our warehouse without being tested to operate correctly; every hand pump and floor pump is tested for air tightness and performance; every gauge is tested for accuracy on our assembly line. All of this is done to deliver the best possible product to our valued customers.
However, "nothing lasts forever" and should an issue arise, Lezyne has the following warranty policy regarding its products. Please read the ENTIRE warranty policy prior to contacting Lezyne to be sure that your claim falls within warranty criteria:
Lezyne Hard Goods:
This includes all floor pumps, hand pumps, CO2, multi-tools, bottle cages and rear racks. Lezyne hard goods carry a 2 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturer defects. Thankfully a majority of Lezyne products are designed to be rebuilt making the replacement of malfunctioning parts a simple task of contacting Lezyne USA.
Lezyne Soft Goods:
This includes all saddle bags, hydration packs, jersey stuffers, rack bags and any other product that isn't built of metal or carbon fiber. These items carry a 1 YEAR WARRANTY against any manufacturer defects.
Lezyne LED Lights:
In the United States and Great Britain, Lezyne LED Lights carry a two (2) year warranty from the original purchase date to the original owner (proof of purchase is required.) This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects on the LED light housing, electronics, LED, and the mounting bracket supplied. Lezyne Batteries carry a 6 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. Issues not covered by the warranty include normal wear and tear, improper installation, attempting to access electronics, modifying electronics, damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Please contact the retailer where you have bought your product. With the bill of purchase, they will be responsible for the warranty. Please note: every country follows different regulations on warranty so please inform yourself about the regulations in your country.
