Shipping & Delivery

Does Lezyne.com ship internationally?
Currently we only ship directly to the lower 48 states. If you are located outside of the USA please refer to our international distributors list for more information.
How will my order be shipped?
Lezyne.com products will ship UPS next day air, 2nd day air, 3 day select, and ground. We will also ship using USPS express mail, first class mail, and priority mail.
How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are automatically emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time. Alternatively, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.
Does Lezyne.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to standard or residential P.O. Boxes.

We pay attention to every detail, so that’s why we though you want to know the details of our privacy policy and what it means to us.
Privacy:
Your privacy is taken seriously here at Lezyne. Our number one goal is to create products for riders with rider input. So, we responsibly use technology to help us learn more about what you desire in our products. When ordering a product from us we will use your financial information, including credit card information to verify your name, address and other information to bill you for the use of our services. The information we store in your account is used to resolve disputes and resolve problems. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.
Our site does contain links to outside sources. If you are concerned with their privacy practices, please contact them directly, we are not responsible for their privacy policies.
Cookies:
We collect non-personal information about your use of our site using Internet Protocol addresses to help identify you and your shopping cart. We use cookies for personalization only, which means that we store only the minimal amount of information required. We never store, or obtain without your knowledge any personal information, data from your hard drive, or passwords.
Security:
Our online ordering system uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to keep your private information secure. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing

Returns & Replacements

At Lezyne we do our absolute best to get your order to you complete, undamaged, and 100% correct. If a mistake has been made regarding your purchase (incorrect item or missing item), please observe the following procedure. Call to obtain a RA# from a customer service representative, and then please return to:

The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.
All returns for refund, exchange, or replacement must be returned within 30 days in an unused and or uninstalled condition. Please use and include all the original packaging and your receipt or other proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise for other than Authorized Warranty.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid; we do not accept CODs or send call tags. You may return any item within 30 days for a refund, as long as it’s unused/uninstalled and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied, except in case of shipping error. Please allow two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
You may also return items for exchange, provided they are unused/uninstalled and in original packaging. If there is a price difference in your exchange, you may use a credit card. If the exchange is not the result of an error on our part, normal shipping charges apply. Your RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.


Ordering

Does Lezyne.com accept phone, fax, email, or snail mail orders?
All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are provided online -- no exceptions. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only.
After I place an order, how will I be advised of the order’s progress?
Lezyne.com will keep you informed of your order via-email. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been shipped?
No.
How long does it take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local FedEx guidelines for delivery.
What happens if an item is backordered?
If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then it will automatically be removed from your order. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item (if you were already charged, you will be refunded). The item that was backordered will have to be re-ordered online when it becomes available again.
What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
We do not sell merchandise that we don't have in-stock, which is why we provide a convenient Auto-Notify feature. Simply click the Auto-Notify button and fill in your email address, and you'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product becomes available for purchase.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-805-548-8780Lezyne during .com 's hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

No Purchase Orders, Fax or C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
We do not currently accept international credit cards at this time.
Does Lezyne.com charge sales tax?
We charge the appropriate state sales tax for any order shipped within California. Outside of California there is no sales tax added to your order.
Does Lezyne.com offer any type of Reseller or dealer discount program?
Yes, we do. Please contact us at info@lezyne.com to apply for a dealer program.
