FAQ

The Following are questions you may have about our products. If your question is not addressed please email us at info@lezyne.com

High Volume vs. High Pressure?

High Volume pumps are suited for larger tire sizes, such as a mountain bike's 26x2.35. With a High Volume pump fewer stokes are required to fill the tire.

High Pressure pumps are better suited for smaller tire sizes requiring more pressure. These pumps have a smaller barrel diameter, but are able to achieve greater pressures.

Will the Pen Gauge work with my pump?

Yes, if you have a Lezyne hose-style M or L pump. The Pen Gauge replaces your current hose and stores inside the barrel.

What is the difference between a M and L size  pump?

The M(meduim) size pump has a shorter stroke length than the L(large) pump. This means the M will take more strokes to fill a tire than a L pump.

Which multi-tool should I get?

That really depends on what kind of riding you do.

If you spend hours in the forest, miles from civilization you should probably consider the CRV-20 or Stainless 20. These tools will assist in fixing almost any broken part on your bike and get you home safely.

If you only ride the road for a short distance every day, you may consider a smaller tool like the SV10. There are enough tools to fix most problems.

If weight is you game, and you are out racing, consider any of our extremely light-weight carbon tools.

Are there replacement parts avaliable for my pump or tool?

Yes there are. Small parts, such as seals and o-rings, wear out after time so we offer replacement kits for all pumps. Also we offer replacement bits for multi-tools. Please look in "Replacements" under the product pull-down menu.
